Haystack Mountain Orchard sits at the mouth of Strawberry Canyon in Bedford, Wyoming, where the evening breezes create a perfect mini climate. The heirloom apples are varieties suited to our growing zone. The small orchard is irrigated by a gravity flow system and chickens provide pest control and fertilizer. Our jams are made with fruit grown locally. Our commitment is to sustainable production and diversity.
