Lucy’s Loops is a sister-run sourdough bagel creation, rooted in the rhythms of their Jackson Hole kitchen. Inspired by Lucy, the sister whose love for baking sparked the idea, what began as a hobby has grown into something the duo is proud to share with their hometown crowd. Each flavor draws from the places and moments that shape life in Jackson, grounding their bagels in the place that inspired them.

The sisters keep their sourdough starter fed and healthy every day and use it as the base of all their bagels so the dough can rise slowly and naturally. Their bakes are small batch to keep every step consistent and intentional. Each loop is shaped by hand, which means no two turn out the same. Made under the Wyoming Food Freedom Act, their simple-ingredient approach lets the sourdough shine while their Jackson-inspired flavors tell the rest of the story.
