We are located in Sugar City, ID and have been growing spelt for many years. Our spelt is not certified organic, however, we consider this naturally grown with a minimal herbicide sprayed before the crop emerges from the ground. No roundup or glyphosate was ever used in growing this grain. We are the farmers.
