We are a chef curated specialty retailer focusing on unique and hard to find local, regional, and imported goods, located in Victor, ID. Many of the lines we carry we have personal connections to. We use raw Jersey milk butter from Cache Meadow Creamery from Preston, ID, Hillside Grain organic flour from Bellvue, ID, and pasture eggs from Late Bloomer Ranch in Driggs, ID. All of the chocolate we use is from Cluizel, Paris (4th generation, bean to bar). Our gluten free cookies use Cup4Cup's Ancient Grain flour. Our dairy free fat is organic refined coconut oil.
